Shipping and Sale Information and Guidelines


Any items purchase will be sent to the United States Postal Service within one week of purchase. Depending on where you are purchasing from, delivery times will vary.

We are trying to offer the lowest possible price on this media, but we do reserve the right to change our prices at any time as well as shipping rates for customers that do not live in the contiguous United States (sorry, shipping is expensive). No rates will be changed for customers after a purchase has been initiated.

Where and when possible we will attempt to offer delivery confirmation. However, to keep our cost to you down, the customer understands that we will make a good faith effort to get the materials to you and any damaged or lost materials in the mail will be replaced with a digital copy to be sent through an online method of transfer. We will keep a copy of all shipping receipts as proof of delivery attempt, in case you do not receive your materials.

If shipping costs plus production cost (per unit) become more expensive than the price of the media being bought, we reserve the right to return the money to the customer and cancel the sale. However, we will first contact the customer and attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation.

All DVDs are NTSC and formatted for North American DVD players. They should play on most computers, but may have issue playing on some non-North American standard DVD players. We do not have any PAL or SECAM versions of our DVD.

We reserve all rights to refuse sale to anyone at anytime.

We are a non-profit organization that operates at a public university within the United States of America.
